Berapa lama domain saya aktif?
- Aktifasi Domain Umum: Setelah pembayaran kami terima antara 10-30 menit pada jam kerja. Kadang bisa lebih lama jika banyak order atau ada gangguan.
- Domain .ID: anda harus lengkapi persyaratan jika ada. Prosesnya 1-2 hari.
- Untuk Transfer Domain prosesnya 5 hari.

- URL: http://domain.kotakomputer.net
- Username: email yang anda gunakan untuk daftar domain
- Password: jika lupa maka klik Forgot/Request Password
Apakah NEXUS CATEGORY itu?

Khusus untuk domain .US maka anda harus memilih salah satu kategori. Jika anda memalsukan data maka domain anda dapat dibatalkan bahkan anda dapat berurusan dengan pihak berwenang USA. Pilihannya sebagai berikut:

(1) A natural person (i) who is a United States Citizen (category 11),or (ii) who is a permanent resident of the United States of America or any of its possessions or territories (category 12).

(2) A U.S. organization incorporated within one of the fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia, or any of the United States possessions or territories or organized or otherwise constituted under the laws of the United States of America, the District of Columbia or any of its possessions or territories or a U.S. federal, state, or local government entity or political subdivision thereof (category 21).

(3) An entity of organization that has a bona fide presence in the United States of America or any of its possessions or territories that (i) Regularly engages in lawful activities (sales of goods or services or other business, commercial or non-commercial, including not-for-profit relations in the United States) (category 31), or (ii) has an office or other facility in the U.S. (category 32).

Bagaimana Cara Menggunakan DNS Directi?
1. Login ke Domain Manager di http://domain.kotakomputer.net
2. Klik pada Domain Name "BelajarRouter.com" (contoh saja) dan klik menu DNS sbb:

4. Klik Auto Update Name Server sbb:
5. Setelah NS diupdate secara otomatis maka klik "Manage DNS" sehingga muncul popup "Manage Records"
6. Klik "Add A Record" dan buat A Rec "polos" untuk http://belajarrouter.com ke IP 202.78.195.116 (sesuaikan dengan IP Server anda) sbb:
7. Buat lagi A Record "www", jika sebelumnya Hostname kosong maka sekarang "Hostname= www" sehingga hasil akhirnya sbb:
8. Creat MX Records: klik MX Records sbb:
9. Jika diperlukan anda dapat menambahkan A Rec untuk "ftp", yaitu ftp.belajarrouter.com.
